Share your weight loss routine

After several months of childbirth, I'm still struggling with baby's fat especially in the middle region.What's your weight loss routine and can one lose weight faster/it can be of help?

please do sit up once a day. My brother do it and stays fit.

I prefer not to gain weight at all not to care about weight loss... But I know one girl who has two kids and she is in a perfect shape because she rides a bicycle for 1 hour daily
