Going to be on my own from tomorrow until Saturday

Well this wasn't really planned but that is how it is working out.
My husband has a big dinner after work with corporate executives and then an early morning meeting Wednesday. His office is almost an hour and a half away so he planned to just stay overnight tomorrow night so he wouldn't have all of that driving for no reason other than to just sleep here.
He also has a flight to North Carolina from Philly early Friday morning so he figured he would just stay out there Thursday night so he'd already be in the area. Makes sense.
Well, now we are supposed to get slammed with a storm all day Wednesday and the area where he works is supposed to get up to a foot of snow. . . so he's decided to just book a room and stay out there that night as well. I don't blame him!
So he will head out of the house early tomorrow morning and will be back here on Saturday afternoon when he gets home from the airport. The cats, parrot, and I will be on our own!

Hope you manage well with all the pets and your husband has a safe trip. Guess school will either be cancelled or late start?

Time to party!!!!
Once in awhile, it's nice to be home alone without the usual people that we have lived with for so many years. Sometimes it's a good breather.
