Have You Heard The Name ''POMATO''

Cuddalore, India

POMATO is a hybrid plant which is a combination of "potato" and the "tomato".The upper part of the plant contains tomato and in the lower part(under ground) of the plant contains Potato. This was done only to compensate the growing population and to cope with demands. But in my point of it against the nature. We should not do like this to increase the yield. For research purpose it's okay but practically it should not not implemented. what's your opinion on this?

It's the first time I have heard of this. And that photo seems too good to be true. I think if that one is true, won't the potato taste like a tomato and the tomato like a potato? Well, I think I just want them apart and grow naturally as they are, individually.

I am hearing the term first time from you. I have no idea about the advantages and disadvantages. But what I felt is, it is good for those who have less space for cultivation.

First time I heard this and what would that outcome be? Wont they fight for nutrients if they are planted together?

so what's going to happen when it is cooked? and with egg? well they tried drafting and it worked so... yeah for the sake of science why not? as long as like drafting, it is free from chemical and other kinds of alterations.

Apparently it is made by grafting together a potato plant and a tomato plant. I don't see a problem with that. They belong to the same family, and different plants of the same family are often grafted together. For instance you can buy fruit trees that have lemons, limes and grapefruit all grafted onto the same tree. I think it's a good idea for someone who doesn't have much space.
