Another school shooting when is it all going to end?

There was another school shooting in Maryland today..one of the students is in critical condition. We need legislators to stand up to the NRA because it really seems they are running this country. ThiTHis is really absurd. I know people say gun control does not work..but in the case of Japan..they have very little gun violence and guns are legislated to death over there. We need something similar I think. It is just too easy to obtain them..and half the people who own them now..are not responsible with them. I was just reading an article about a child who shot his sister to death because she would not hand over the video game controlller,,,really??? Why was that gun available where the child could get it?

@thislittlepennyearns Well, we can not use that as an excuse not to take action though. THat is like throwing up your hands before you ever start.

Yes, I know...I am going to pay close attention in our next election to only elect people prepared to take action

@dodo19 Yes, I already sent something to my senator..but I got kind of a lukewarm reception and he is a Democrat as well. I expected a bit more support.

I find it strange that all of the shootings occur in the US. It makes me wonder big time if these shootings are orchestrated by an outside force as an attemt to disarm America. The United States is the only country (to my knowledge) where it is written in the constitution that every American has the right to bear arms. This law was placed in the constitution for a very good reason. With every American having the right to bear arms, they have the right to defend themselves, even against their own government if it were to rise up and enforce slavery onto the people. An armed nation is not an easy nation to get control of by the globalists. Of course they are going to want to disarm Americans. And their plan is to make the Americans themselves demand it...and this is exactly what is happening.

I don't think so..I think the founding fathers would be horrified to know what is going on today.
