I am making a new recipe tonight from my Small Victories cookbook: Indecision Chicken. The name comes because the author couldn't decide exactly which direction she wanted the marinade she was making for the chicken to go in (herb or savory) so she combined everything together and it came out wonderfully. The chicken is supposed to be grilled but it is snowing out so I'm just going to roast the chicken breasts in the oven.
To go with the chicken I am making another recipe from this cookbook: Chopped Chick Pea Salad. It has cucumbers, radishes, and scallions along with the chick peas and looks really good. It is supposed to have arugula but I'm not a fan so I'm skipping it.
That's what's happening here this evening. What are YOU having? I want to know!
This is almost the exact same recipe as the one in the cookbook. It is missing 1 tablespoon of minced fresh sage.
Indecision Chicken is going to knock your socks off. It starts with a crazy delicious marinade, and then you have the option of cooking the chicken 3 ways.

I'm not even hungry right now. If I eat anything it'll probably just be some leftover breakfast sausages.
