Haha.
I hear of people who have weird pains and problems with no explanation. I am thinking that I might know why.
With all the toxins in the air and chemicals in processed food I wonder if that is what causes our mysterious health issues.
Your thoughts.

You could be right. I'm not sure what caused my migraine this weekend, but my friend thinks it was the fumes from the sprayfoam insulation work I had done in my basement on Friday. (I didn't do it, a guy from the insulation company did it.). But I think if it was the cause I would have gotten the migraine on Friday. The fumes quickly disapated, anyway.
Now, what's causing the pain in my ear?

If you can't read an ingredient on the label it's not good to buy.

@celticeagle True, and most of what I buy doesn't have an ingredient list. That's what's great about buying fresh produce and meat. You know what it is, looking at it.

We live in a toxic world. Not only the air and food is poisoned, so is the water. That just about covers everything we need. Even our clothing has been either showered with pesticides if it's natural, or the chemicals it's made from are dangerous.
The amazing thing is that some of us are still alive, even if we do have strange aches and pains!

@celticeagle Yes, we are. And some of us are more sensitive to one or two things while other things don't seem to bother us.

For sure! I've read that living too close to freeways (toxins from car fumes, etc) can give you a higher chance of heart attacks - not good for the arteries apparently. Chemicals and ingredients that have been processed to the point that it provides little or no nutrition - that's not good for us period (but we may not notice until we actually have these health issues).

Could be. Anytime I have weird unexplained symptoms I always blame it on something I ate, or breathe in.

Environment could be poisonous. Mold in the home and you don't even know it's there. Ugh!

Yep.I don't think it is fair that we have to pay more for the food that doesn't have those in it.

@celticeagle The reason for that is that because farmers and ranchers refuse to use that crap, the government refuses to give them loans for equipment, feed, etc. In a sense, the organic places are being penalized, so they have no choice but to up their prices to make up the difference in not getting federal loans.

@celticeagle Doesn't even the thought of putting processed food in your mouth disgust you? That's why I eat without using my brain.
