My dad has the habit of arguing almost on any topic. But, I am exactly opposite of my dad. I will willingly accept my fault and don't argue further. I am a peace-loving person and believe that arguing cannot convince the person in front of you.So, better not to waste my words. Do you feel the same?

I feel the same. Arguing, I feel, is waste of breath and waste of time.

While I don't argue, I stick to my point instead of saying that a number of times.

I am also similar like you. I was always opposite to my father. I support my mother only.

I don't always support my mom. Rather, I don't take part in their brawls.

I only argue when it is inevitable and my points needed there to prove myself. In small things, I just ignore even if my part is right. Argument does not provide any good results other than spoiling the peace and mood.

I believe it's not necessary to make other's believe in my views. They can have their opinions. then what's the point of arguing?

I love to argue when I know I am right. My dad and I have the same attitude. When I do not feel like arguing I do not listen.

@deba12 I think so because when I argue, I am complete with all the facts needed.

You too avoid arguing just like me. I consider it as a total waste of time and words.

I do argue with my late father before. But then, it is a healthy argument.

I don't find arguing is right. And ultimately, it takes the shape of fighting most of the times.

I do not mind a mild debate but not a full blown argument
