waiting for the shoe to drop..or not..
it's good and bad,i mean,yay i may have the day off,but boo,i loose money.
but beings as it's supposed to snow tomorrow,i'd rather not go in.
but i'm pretty sure food delivery's due,so i'm betting i'll have to,cause i know damn well the boss won't put it away..
she seems to have an unerring ability to call me in during storms.
but it's the being unable to plan the day that annoys me.
you don't know until you know..

Being on call is hard to plan. Lately even though my husbabd is only supposed to work 5 days a week he tends to get called in if he can on his days off

I never answered my phone on my days off. But I was never really "on call" per se. Just the first one they called.
