Delete notifications

Today when I was checking my notifications, accidentally I delete 4 notifications without seeing where were they from I think my internet connection was slow and I clicked in the X more than once and I end up deleting notifications that I haven't answered yet. Is there a way to recover it? Has this happened to you too? Have a good day everyone.

That's why I opted to have my notifications go to my email - that way they stay until I delete them from there.

I've done that before. Usually only with one. I just go through all posts on my own discussions and responses on other people's to see if I can find it. To be honest if someone didn't make any comments on my discussions I probably wouldn't notice so I wouldn't worry too much.

I always like to make a comment or at least a like to someone who interacted with me, but I guess these notifications have gone forever

I've done that a few times as well, and unfortunately I haven't found a way to recover them. I think that they are gone forever once they are deleted.

i think you should check on your recent interactions so you will know what discussions did you respond and if these responses had another comments added.

This hasn't happened to me. But if you're active, there's a high probability you'll stumble across the comments about which you were notified.

The only way you could check it, would be if you receive e-mail notifications as well. You could check those to see which ones you accidentally deleted.

I turned off my email notifications as I received so many and I didn't feel the need because I had here the notifications, now I know that was the only way to know which notification I accidentally deleted.

There were days when I was too busy to check notifications, by the time I logged in again, the old list was already gone. It happened to me again and again every now and then (but I often just do my best catching up with members here).
