Do you believe in ghosts?

Yesterday my father told me something. He scared me. He heard some strange noises in his room. And the bed rised slightly 3 times. It wasn't an earthquake. He didn't sleep in that night, because he was very scared. I don't believe in ghosts, but I can't find any explanation. And my cat sees something I don't see. Cat looks at a fixed point. What do you think?

I do not believe in ghosts but they make good movies.

No. But strange noises can mean even a change of temperature in the room.

@dya80dya Yes,I do believe in the paranormal.But that does not mean what your father experienced was a paranormal activity.It may be something else.

I think it will surely have some scientific explanation. May be there was something under the bed which was shaking it.

I've never seen one but I did have a strange experience in a bed and breakfast once where I was lying in bed and the door shot open with real force and slowly closed again twice. It was a hot sunny day with no wind and the lady who ran the bed and breakfast told me there was no one else there apart from my friend and myself. Scary. Animals are supposed to be more perceptive when it comes to the paranormal.

Ghost... a pigment of your imagination....
but I heard that cats and other animals can see things we can't see.
