Today is a chopped salad with a few different greens including kale in it. It also has some crunchy tortilla strips, cheese, carrots and Southwest dressing.
I have been trying to eat more salads and it helps that they were buy one get one the last time that I went grocery shopping.
What is everyone else eating?

@thislittlepennyearns The chicken was delicious! Really good. Yup home today though we totally could have gone in. The storm hasn't even gotten going yet.
