I do believe that there are some men who are very loyal and will never do anything to hurt their love once. I was cheated once but I found a trustworthy men in my life and I married him.

There are some groups of men who cannot live without cheating. Try to switch to another society, to a higher level. There, there are men who are not cheating They are kind of monogamous. Try to choose among young boys to be their first woman

Women are told to be better at cheating because they're more discreet.
I think most people think of cheating at some point, often because they feel unsatisfied with their current relationship, but that applies to both genders.
Men might have more chances, in a traditional family where the woman is a housewife and stays at home, and the man spends most of his time outside for "work".
Biologically, males might be prone to search for extra partners because their reproduction cycle allows them to impregnate several females, while a female is busy with her pregnancy for most of the time. The female must make sure the male will be strong enough to allow her to have a healthy baby right away.
In nature one individual wants to have lots of babies, so there are higher chances their genes survive.
But we are humans, not wild animals.
I doubt all men are cheaters though, but most have the tendency. And some actually cheat.
