This is one way to appreciate the good works of the law enforcement officers that were able to stop the Austin bomber from committing any more crimes. The Iron Works BBQ restaurant in Austin Texas is offering a free lunch to all of the law enforcement officers of the F B I, A T F, and the Austin Police for putting to an end the crime spree of the Austin bomber who blew himself up after the law enforcement officers were closing in on him in Round Rock Texas. The law enforcement officer went to the suspects home to see if there any more explosives in his home. At least one restaurant appreciates the good works of law enforcement instead of treating them like they committed the unpardonable sin.

So glad they caught that bomber. Law enforcement is always seems to be criticized in the media. If they really wanted to be useful the mainstream media should cover all the good police do for the community for it far outweighs the wrongdoing.

I agree with you but the media likes to rub salt in our wounds by reporting bad news stories.

My son-in-law is a police sergeant and a very upright citizen, who lays down his life every single day for us!

Aww that is actually really neat. That is the kind of news we need to hear instead of plastering the monster's face everywhere.

It is nice to know that some business care for the law enforcement officers instead of treating them like they committed the unpardonable sin.

@Deepizzaguy Of course, more need to be appreciated. Perhaps if we appreciated them more they would be less crooked cops.

Law enforcement officers lay their life on the line, every single day. These men deserve to be honored, for finding this very demented criminal!

Amen! Any business who would do that for the people who put their lives on the line every single day, is a business I would support.

Me too since law enforcement officers are not promised to come back home after a dangerous mission all of the time.

It's a nice idea. At least , even in this offer, we can repay them on their sacrifices to the country.,even in a small way.

It is better than shunning them just because a few rotten apples on the force spoil the bunch.
