Back from the gym

This evening was a bit cloudy and a bit crisp. At least, the sidewalks were cleared from the snow and the snow melted it too. Though some had puddles, mud and snow, it made walking to the gym even better. We had a decent sized class of yogis, including one newbie, and Sara wasn't there. So I walked home in the cold.
Here's what we did tonight with our regular routine of sun salutations:
2 Half-Chairs and Half Body Twists (1x/side for Twist)
2 Standing Dancer Poses (1x/side)
2 Fallen Angel Poses (1x/side)
2 Boat Poses
2 Side Planks (1x/side)
1 Camel Pose
I think that's about it.
