Dinner At Angie`s Place

Since I ditched walking the dogs and working outside due to the wind, I cooked a big dinner.
I soaked butter beans (Lima`s) all morning so they cooked in a couple hours. I made goulash and cornbread. I opened a coupe home canned jars of kale. One can of store bought beets.
I made enough for a couple days.

@andriaperry - yeah, its got the onion, celantro and tomato but its not finely chopped, its just chunks.

I make them more for Tony, however, I do like baby Lima`s or fordhook.

@andriaperry I haven't made goulash for a long long time. The last time I did, no one in the family seemed to enjoy it like me, so I ate all up by myself (and admired my talent so much... ).
