Bob and Princess and I are home and I am on my way to have a shower and go to bed.
Coming back we drove a little slower, stopped a bit more often, and stayed longer when we stopped.
One of the stops was at a Perkins Restaurant, where I built my own omelet. It had spinach, avocado, mushrooms and swiss cheese. It was delish.
Tomorrow, back to the grind. Next week, four work days, and the following week four work days. We will have Good Friday and Easter Monday off school.
I think I am ready to be in my own bed.

Usually she does not mind. She had some car sickness this time, though. She is very well behaved at my daughter's house.

It was good to be in my own bed and not wake up to grandchildren playing. I love them, but they do get loud.

I am looking forward to it but I only have to travel to one location, then everything is coordinated from there.

yes, it is good to have time off to refresh ourselves. Our own bed feels good, though.

Shorthand for "the Monday after Easter", but the people around me just say "Easter Monday". Traditionally our district tries to make sure we have family travel time both before and after a family holiday.
