How can music change our mood?

Music Lovers! Yeah, I love music too! If I'm upset I prefer to listen to music to change my mood, but how music can change our mood?! If we're sad, it can make us happy, if we're happy it can make us feel sad because we can remember our sad memories

Music can really help change your mood especially if you have had a bad day it helps make it all better.

oh yeah.. that's why they say when a person is heart broken the person should NOT listen to sad music, however, some people still tend to do this.
