What do you do when you've put on weight?..

. I've put on weight . So, tomorrow I won't eat except for breakfast, lunch and dinner .. and maybe morning and afternoon snacks. .. What about you? What do you do when you've put on weight?.. Bess.. ..

At our age, we could put on weight by just breath in the air . My sister swears that walking lots help in her case.

yes indeed! So easy to put on weight but hard to lose.. I swear, I put on weight by just looking at food or smelling them.... I should start walking around the block too..

It is said that when you will be losing weight, you should not starve yourself.by skipping meals. Instead, you should only small but frequent meals mostly fruits and veggies and avoid sweets.

these days i have the other problem . think i am losing all my muscle weight. i used to dance it off or walk it off and stop eating most sweets

I also feel like that I am losing muscles , so I try to get some exercises .. it is a struggle because I became a bit lazy these days..

@epiffanie always a struggle for me too. especially with having to use a walker and keeping track of my oxygen tubing at the same time

Yes indeed.. childbirth can alter our bodies and our eating habits .. I still go through some difficulties after 32 years when my youngest child was born ..lol .. so I am like a yoyo..

I walk like a madwoman and eat like one, too. I cut back on portions and that helps. It's getting more difficult to lose weight the older I get. Sigh.....

First I think about how much salt I've consumed the night before. If I'm not guilty of that, then I just panic and start walking like a maniac.

@epiffanie Sugar is the main trouble-maker. Carbs too, too many carbs. 100 grams per day is perfecto IMO.

Human bodies are not the same. What works for me to loose weight, maybe won't work for you. Probably if you don't snack, you can loose some weight. Good luck!

I was on holiday for 6 weeks in the Philippines and I couldn't help myself but eat all the foods that I don't normally get to eat here in Australia .. lol

You look wonderful in that photo to me!!! Well, I do a food diary to drop a few pounds. Mindless eating is a problem with me, and if I keep track of every morsel, then the weight comes off.
