**This is just me opinioning and sort of venting something off of my brain** . Ive been watching a bit of CNN over the past few days and with the main topic being Stormy Daniels, at times I thought I was listening to the weather channel. All the cliches that could've been said were said. "It looks like STORMY weather for Trump." "Hurricane STORMY DANIELS is hanging over the White House." And so on. Personally, I don't see what the news story or scandal is. Past presidents have had extra marital affairs, Kennedy and Clinton had them during their pesidencies. I still remember the women that accused Clinton of rape and black mail. Stormy Daniels said hers was consensual, which is totally different from Clintons. To me, Stormy Daniels is trying to capitalize on her sudden 15 minutes of fame and her lawsuit against Trump is basically her trying to get out of some prearranged agreement in order to write a book and make a few quick thousands. She said she has been menaced inside her car, is it true? How can we know, in our days almost all news are fabricated.

meh, who cares. now that shes done the t.v. interview, she cant write a book that may contradict what she answered in the interview. never do a t.v. interview before the book deal. never. no ones going to buy it now, they have the answer they wanted, it was consensual, she agreed to it.

@LadyDuck - but shes not a victim. thats the difference. she was asked out, she said yes. it was a consensual date. nothing was against her will. her interview just destroys the narrative of the #metoo movement , she wasnt a victim, but a willing participant.

I don't care about it much other than if the $130,000 payment is considered a campaign donation violation which it very may well be. I don't want to hear about her experience. I definitely don't want to see pictures! He is a well-known cheater. Did it to his 1st and 2nd wives. Melania knew what she was getting into. None of this is going to change the support he has from his rabid red state fans. . . those supposed Christians. Somehow they think that their God is going to give Trump a pass on all of his adultery and other sins.

maybe its part of their forgiving nature. this is why i say and believe he was elected for his message of jobs, border security, strengthning the military, and so on.

Something somehow doesn't seem right here. Say what you want about an "adult film actress" (and director, producer and writer) but SHE wasn't the one who was married with a newborn baby. True, she slept with a married man and that's wrong but the REAL sinner here is the actual adulterer. As I understand it she didn't just suddenly decide to come forward, the Wall Street Journal dug up the story and printed it. The bottom line is she was paid hush money right before the election and it may have been paid out of campaign funds which is illegal. She was also threatened physically back in 2011, which is also illegal. Seems that all the illegal activities have been done by Donald and his gang...

@Plethos NO, he didn't "use his own money for his campaign", that was just another one of his lies from day one. Regardless, the laws still apply, campaign funds can't be used to pay off a mistress. I think he's in some deep trouble now because of his own big mouth. He threw his own lawyer under the boss which could result in his lawyer being disbarred.

shes as guilty as he is. she couldve said no and walked out, from the way i understood it, she was never forced to stay. he asked and she said yes. remember, he used his own money for his campaign, i dont think the campaign laws apply if hes a self funded candidate. its confusing when it comes to those laws.

It is difficult to discern the truth from propaganda nowadays. Frankly, I dont pay any attention to it. Other peoples business isnt my game. :-)

It is crazy that some presidents get away with shocking and immoral things and go on to be admired for eternity and others are held accountable for these same acts.

I see what you mean but it is sad when we start to see cheating and bad behaviour as "normal" I don't think the wives who were cheated on feel that it doesn't matter since "everyone is doing it" Clinton didn't get off lightly either - he faced impeachment and all the dirty laundry was aired. I still remember the examination of the blue dress with residue on it.
