I made a mistake and paid $300 on kay's credit card. The 16th I had her on the line and it was approved to be transfered to my account. The 27th I called to ask would I get a late fee since it was not transfered. I was told no. The 29th I see a late fee and over the limit charge. I lost it and now I am truly pissed. I am waiting on the branch manager to return my call. The credit card company is telling me I now need kay to once again give permission to transfer when the 16th she was on the line and gave it. I let them know they are not getting anything from me. Since this was clearly handled wrong. I reminded her to roll back the tape and check each date I called. What they want now they got when they asked and approved the transfer. This was their way to keep rolling me in with fees since I canceled the card. The last person said I would have a 0 balance and not to worry. I am ready for court if need be. This is not nice. Lol I guess time will tell.

@sharon6345 I am also upset at the moment but not for the same reason. Something bad just happened last night and it's something that I don't like discussing in mylot actually. I keep my private life private. But I'm not feeling so good at all.

No there was nothing wrong with the card. it was the fact that the company does not want to return the money. so it's ok I am leaving it now. The company will call me.

You have a right to be mad. Though, even if she gave permission already, legally she needs to give it every time. Same with many places. Hope you get this figured out fast.

It's ok now I have to leave it alone or I will lose my mind. I made my arrangements to pay it off. Kay has no job so the $300 I paid will be wasted if no more money is added to the bill. causing all fees to bill on it. oh well.
