I have not been able to find in the Mylot FAQ the answer to my question. Might you have it?

I have not been able to find out if you get some kind of credit for using pictures in discussion.

I guess not but if you use pictures then your discussion is more interesting. Because it is complete.

you'd have to ask alex cause i don't remember..i think we got something small at one point,but it had to be your own if we did.i'm not sure if they presently do such.

To my knowledge, no. But I don't have the inside scoop on exactly how the earning algorithm works either, it's a closely guarded trade secret.

Adding photos to our discussions is optionally. If you use a photo that does not belong to you, I'd recommend providing a link or else that's copyright. :)

@MsBooklover I think it can attract more people to read discussions though. But I don't always attach photos. It's just up to the person.

some of us still do, but i searched and posted two discussions where mylot admin chimed in about this. only one link seems to work per response or comment, so i had to post them separately in case other mylotters want to personally see/read the actual discussions and mylot admini's responses.

I dont think so. We dont get credit for writing the discussion. We only receive credit for the likes and comments of others to our discussions. It isn't about what we add to it, It's about the interest it draws. Just my view. Someone else might have THE answer. :-)
