Mother Nature is behaving this year

Mother Nature isn't pulling any April Fools pranks on us this year. Last year she dumped a foot of snow on us on April 1st. My favorite time of year is spring and I'm always excited to finally get into my shorts and get out to enjoy the rebirth that spring offers us. This year I have new territory to explore and I'm anticipating my long spring and summer walks through nature. Happy Easter and Passover Everyone! :-)

I look forward to summer every year - but with it comes the threat of hurricanes.

It seems that hurricane season never ends. Where I live we usually get only the tail end of the hurricanes that come up the eastern coast of the United States. Sometimes we get full impact. In the winter they can show up as nor'easters. :-)
