Difference between truth and reality

I think the difference between truth and fact is that truth is subjective while reality is objective and also what seems to be reality to me could be quite different from yours. I also have an illustration, for instance, a mathematician who intends to solve 2+2=4 and haven't gotten it is someone who is aspiring to solve the truth unless, he solves it, the truth is not yet a reality. I need more suggestions please, let's discuss.

That's like saying the sky is orange, it could be in someone's reality, but in truth it is blue. If it is not true, then it is a false reality!! How do U like that!!!

Are you trying to convey that truth is a factual reality?

But who says your or my truth is the actual reality? I mean in that illustration 2+2=4. what actual basis that that is correct? What if i challenge 2+2 is actually = 3. and for me that is my truth and my reality. Anyway those were my thoughts while reading your post.LOL That's what I love about Philosophy. Everything is debatable. ^_^

Reality is also subjective as your reality maybe different from mine. We see things differently unless you meet at a common point.
