Happy Easter Monday

I know it is a holiday for some people but I have to work. The only places that get it here are schools and government workers. For the rest of us it is just another Monday. It was a nice long weekend though. I really enjoyed it even though most of it was spent relaxing at home and not doing a whole lot aside from eating too much. 
I went for my morning walk before work this beautiful. It is a beautiful morning. It is going to be a nice Spring day. Loving this weather. Won't be long now before the grass is turning green and the trees are budding. I love this time of year when everything comes to life after a long cold winter.

I'm lucky that I do not have to work today, but the owner said so, and who am I to argue
We're using the day to our advantage though. On Saturday we had the winter tires taken off of the car and my husband mentioned that we need to replace 2 of the tires. When they were switching them the technician came out and gave us a screw that was in one of the "good" tires. So today we are taking the car into a place to get a new set of 4 tires. He has to get the tires delivered to his location, so we won't go over until just after lunch.

Thanks, it was a pretty typcial day here..nothing special really. I was glad friend and his dog left though. I tend to like it a bit more when it is quiet around here.
