It has been a pretty good day. I got three walks in today. Not sure if I will get my walk in tomorrow because they are calling for heavy rain here and even a chance of a thunder shower. At least it isnt snow. Some areas not too far from here are expecting heavy snow.
I am just getting ready to head off to bed. It is going to be an early night. I did not sleep very well last night. I had nightmares most of the night. I even dreamed that somebody shot me in the head a few times but I refused to die. That was scary. Hopefully tonight will be a better night.

Sorry you had those bad dreams. I hate nightmares.
It is supposed to rain here this week too...we're getting a "juicy storm," as the local news keeps putting it. The Oroville Dam (the one that nearly had the emergency spillway failure last year) might have to operate the main spillway, which hasn't been used since they started repairs...the repairs aren't completely finished. Here's hoping we don't have flooding or any scary incidents ahead!

Thank you. Some days I don't feel like it but I make myself get out and walk. After I am done I am glad that I did it.

It was starting to get quite nice but now we are back to the cold weather. A lot of wind lately which really cools things off.

Pray to God before sleep. Try to sleep in fetal or yearner position. Chances are no for scary dreams. Gudnite.
