She Was Thrilled!

I had it all planned out. Collect the house payment, put it in the bank. Go cut the small limb, mow the back and come home. Easy day.
The tenant put me off till 4 pm, the bank closes at 4 pm, then she did not show up till 5 pm.
The back was worst than I thought, the grass had grown knee high, not one tree blocked me but four!
Tony would not allow me to use the chain saw. So he cut and I pulled the tree limbs to the field behind my house, the old home place.
Just before dark I was gathering the tools and gas can etc. and I heard the neighbors talking on their deck out back, He said " Look over there." She said "Oh my God! that looks so much better!" and he went on to tell her we had worked all day on it and that was all I got as I went back around the house.
Yes, they had looked at all that mess in the back yard since the last storm, about a month ago now. But this is the beginning I am about to make this house shine, I will be renting it out by the end of this year, if its Gods will.
I am tired and I walked so much my butt cheeks hurt

As it often is, mine was easier. All I had to do was mow our lawn and help with dinner then get eight days of clothes ready for our trip to San Antonio.

When the grass gets that tall it is so much harder to mow! One time my husband let it get really tall and then when he mowed it a guy stopped and asked if he could have it for his horses. We raked it into garbage cans and he came along a few hours later and dumped it into the back of his cab in his truck.

@andriaperry I just use TurboTax. The hard part for me is getting all the information together and organized for use. After that, entering it into the software is a piece of cake.

My day was pretty good. Ankle doesn't hurt nearly as much now (knock wood!) Sounds like you had a busy day. I hope your butt cheeks are recovered by tomorrow. (Seriously, it's no laughing matter when you've walked that much that you hurt all over.)
