Have you ever heard of Back Stroke?

I hope most of you are aware of Back Stroke and most importantly I'm not talking about swimming or any such strokes which are popular in swimming. I was actually feeling well but I still had some issues with my back and today it became a bit unbearable and it's my upper back. I have applied some of the ointment and hope it goes away and don't affect my work. How's everyone doing? What are your plans for the day?

All I know is about swimming. Maybe you should do butterfly it could reverse your pain. Just joking. Hope you're doing okay.

I think it is much better to refer it as back ache my friend. When you say back stroke, as you say it can be the swimming stroke or the other one a debilitating condition of stroke. How is your back after the ointment? You can have it massage too if you like or a liniment.

I feel if we say heart stroke then why not back stroke lol. It's still not good. But I'm trying to give back some rest

@thesupersingh well, can be but we do not usually refer it as that. lol back ache, sore back, backpain but back stroke is mainly use for the swimming stroke. hot compress can help you with your pain too

you have to correct your posture especially when sitting that will help lessen the pain on your back. Try applying cold compress too. Get well soon.

It is never nice to have a back ache of whatever sort. It can be too demanding too. But just keep it slow. No plans but still doing some work at home. Take care, my friend.
