Google chrome is tracking our searches then load advertisements on the same!

Dear friends, I was just wondering after searching something in the chrome browser then I am getting the advertisements of the same whenever I open anther browser including mylot. Earlier I used adblock so I was not disturbed with adds but later my computer hard disk damaged so it formatted then I have not downloaded the adblock till now. Now I got a notice in the browser itself, chrome is tracking your searches, do you want to allow, there I realized how and why I am getting the adds after searching the same. I am really annoyed with the advertisements and planning to do something. Do you know that Chrome is tracking your searches?
