Do you know that regular exercise can increase your lifespan?

April 5, 2018 5:48am CST
I've just read an article about exercising regularly increases your life expectancy. Getting regular exercise can help you: 1) Have a healthier heart-When you exercise regularly your healthy and unhealthy cholesterol levels work against each other by lowering your blood pressure and blood sugar levels. 2)Keep your brain active: Regular exercise helps you reduce your cortisol levels. Cortisol is a chemical which is produced when you are lazy and stressed. 3)More active throughout the day: Ten minutes walk keep active for the next two hours. An hour of active workout helps you stay active for the whole day

well, if walking is considered then yes at least I do some walking. I am "forced" to walk I should say.

Not every walk is considered healthy. Walking with stress and load is bad for health.

@Arunjack243 ahh yeah. ... It's not the "forced" I was referring to. It's the forced because I have to walk no public transport

Hey there, Physical activity is great to our bodies and mind. It has been proved by science. It liberates a lot of hormones in our body that makes us feel better. We feel better about ourselves, about the day we're going on, about our lives. In fact, all of us should do some exercise. It's inherent to our condition of human beings. Human beings are used to hunt for food, to chase animals, run... Now we have lost all those motives. But we shouldn't let go of our physical and mental health. One fun way to exercise is through sports. Really great! Regards!

Preach. I like how your post was sweet and simple. To answer your question, I did know that this helps with your mental health and far as boosting self-esteem. My favorite exercise is squats.
