I do not like to waste bread. There were quite a few slices in the fridge. I prepared 'dahi bread wadas They are easy to make. Soak the bread in water, squeeze out the water, make balls, deep fry them and garnish them with curds, that has sugar and salt. Top it with chopped coriander leaves and chilli powder. Yummy - an ideal snack for breakfast.

I'm pretty sure that I would like that. Curds are good! Leftover bread pudding too. Tonight, however, I have leftover rice so I am making rice pudding instead.

@allknowing Yes, I like the rice pudding creamy and I would eat it for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. But I do make mine with way less sugar than many people use.

Pudding is quite common but I suppose it cannot be had at breakfast time. Do you make a paste of the rice?

@allknowing How did you know that I'm lazy? Are you a physic? Most likely I won't be able to do that, you know why? Because I'm too lazy to cook something.

It's actually fantastic. The better half of every morning. I have eaten bread chop in shops, but it seems quite good than that. Looking forward to follow this recipe.
