Tired.

I just got off work. I came in at eight this morning, and was supposed to get off at 145 but that ended up not happening because one pf the stores in our reigon is short staffed so one of our cashiers had to go there for the afternoon/night. So another cashier and I split those hours and we both got a couple extra. I'm tired but it's nice to have a couple extra hours on my check since today is the last day to count on that check.
Tomorrow I open again, and will hopefully actually get out on time. Monday I am not really looking forward to because I've gotta meet up with people at my store at 630 in the morning and then we are carpooling to another store an hour away and working most the day I think. So it's going to be a long couple of days.
Oh well. At least I've got Tuesday and Wednesday off.

Once it is over, you will have a nice check. There will be times when you want the hours.

The beauty of retirement. I don't have to go to work. On the other hand...no pay cheque to speak of.

I had a long tiring day of work too! I had to ride around in an airplane all day taking aerial photos of our all our parks and recreation facilities.

Take it easy this weekend. So glad you have two days off for work next week to rest. So far the weekend's good, though the weather feels like winter still.
