There are people who will express their views and their emotions and there are people who will not.I am one of the people who prefer to express my emotions.I feel refreshed after that.Everyone has his choice.What about you?

Not everybody is happy about hearing other people's opinions without having asked for them. You may feel refreshed. The people you talk to may be offended.
