I have sprue disease every month. how else to prevent and treat it. among you if anyone has experienced and know how to treatment?

Better seek professional medical advice rather than run the risk of finding out later it is a symptom of a much bigger health issue.

Why not go to the doctor... I think you need to prevent it before it get worst. See a doctor immediately, and I guess it needs some refreshment... I think you need to drink lots of water for it.
