My parents deserve my time, but I couldn't give that..

Nowadays, I have to work a lot in the office to get noticed by boss. The rest of the time I spent here. My mom waits in home when I will come and when she will share the days' feelings and other topics with me. I used to spent 3 hours chatting with her when home on weekdays. But, now I go home late. And I remain tired most of the times. I know I should give them some time, but I couldn't. Can you suggest me some ways?

These things do happen. You can spend more time with them on your week. Off

May be you can eat together spending a little more time sitting at the table and sharing your thoughts.

You can spend less time here, and spare some time to chat with your mother.

Date your parents, treat them sometimes in a restaurant and buy them a gift...

Maybe you could set aside just an hour or 1/2 hour each day to spend time with our parents rather than 3 hours.
