My parents deserve my time, but I couldn't give that..

Nowadays, I have to work a lot in the office to get noticed by boss. The rest of the time I spent here. My mom waits in home when I will come and when she will share the days' feelings and other topics with me. I used to spent 3 hours chatting with her when home on weekdays. But, now I go home late. And I remain tired most of the times. I know I should give them some time, but I couldn't. Can you suggest me some ways?

May be you can eat together spending a little more time sitting at the table and sharing your thoughts.
