Leftovers For Dinner

Last night we had a pork loin drenched in BBQ sauce for dinner. It was absolutely delicious. Tonight we will be having what was left of the pork after we stuffed ourselves. I love this way of cooking my pork loin it is so simple. I throw it in the crock pot, add BBQ sauce turn it on high for a couple of hours and then turn it on low for about four hours. It turns out juicy, tender and the flavor cannot be beat. It just about melts in your mouth. So, if you can imagine, we can't wait til dinner to dig into the leftover pork. What are you having for dinner?

I had fish and potatoes for dinner last night. Left over roast beef for lunch. Today will be spaghetti with spaghetti squash. I have the meat thawing.

I like the type of dinner where you have some of this and some of that. Appetizers sound like a good idea for dinner.

That pork looks SOOO good. We eat quite a lot of pork as it is one of the cheaper meats here.

Because I am the only home for dinner tonight I have not even given it a thought. As for left overs I usually freeze them and pull something out for nights that I don't have time to cook. Some nights everyone has different things that were leftover from weeks before. But your pork sounds great. I will give it a try one night.
