I like to eat both, but I know that many people do not like lamb and prefer beef. Mainly because of the smell of mutton that gives a sense of aftertaste to those who do not like. I like to prepare them on the grill or in the oven, also roasted sometimes. So I thought to ask you what you prefer? Lamb meat? Or beef? And how do you like to prepare it? image : credit to

I've actually never had lamb. It is expensive so I don't buy it. I love beef though and have that regularly. I cook it different ways depending on whether it is hamburger, roast, or steak.

@gilggg Personally, I am not that adventurous when it comes to trying different meats. I don't even like venison. LOL

Mutton is not popular in the Philippines, beef is everyday food for most and goat meat is for some special occasions
