Oh, Spring!

Oh, Spring! I want to go out and feel you and get inspiration -Emily Carr- Unfortunately, I can't right now. The reason I can not go out and feel that gorgeous Spring is because we are having a freezing rain storm here in our area. It is very depressing as every weekend, Mother Nature is torturing us. The people who only have weekends off are triply upset and I can't blame them. At least, we are retired here in this household and can enjoy some good days during the regular week. I don't think too many people will be able to do their grocery shopping today as the roads are treacherous. How is your weather out there? Photo from the website: The National Gardening Association

@MALUSE I can only imagine how pretty it is right now. Not the case here: we are having freezing rain and it is windy and cold on top of this. Everybody is miserable here right now.

@marlina Here the tulips and daffodils and also the forsythia bushes are in full bloom. It's very pretty.

I can't remember ever seeing white tulips. They must be rare. When the weather is bad, I always think of people who work and only have free time during the weekends.

Yesterday and today was nice, today was better then yesterday, even finally went for a small walk today. It is back to being cold now and I refuse to look up the weather as I'm afraid it will be bad again. It is suppose to start warming up thou hubby said soon and be in the 50's. I will take it for now!

I do feel so sorry for you. Yesterday was very nice but windy, rained all night. Now its cooler but the sun us coming back out. Stay safe and warm.
