How to attract the inactive and newbie members?

As I read and realized the post of @JolietJake (a.k.a JJ) Maybe there are ways we can make those newbies and inactive members to stay here. Maybe below the myLot logo we can put a motto that says this below, "Earn extra money and improve your English" What do you think @myLotBugs? What do you think people?

Most newbies quit the moment they get jerk commenters. Lets say a newbie girls loves watching the show Gossip Girl. She decided to make a discussion about gossip girl. and these are the responses she get. I will watch it.(obviously the person wont) Sorry but I dont watch it That is a nice post about Gossip girl You look pretty in your avatar. I am to old to watch such stupid show. Do you think she will stay if those are the responses she get. If I see a Mylot newbie who have the same interest as me, I save his or her discussion from those disinterested comment flooders.

I know that the mylot terms and conditions are pretty straight forward, but many newbies when signing on think they will make tens to hundreds of dollars with this site. When they realize they are getting only pennies a day (or week in some cases) they leave. Most of them want quick, easy money for paying their bills or whatever. The slogan; "Earn extra money" needs to be spelled out for these people in a way that won't mislead.
those that want a setup wherein they post 10 short status posts, or 10 questions, or rewrite newspaper articles in 2 sentences then automatically see 10 cents in their account in only 10 minutes will get impatient and frustrated here. do you think having more members will automatically mean the site will earn more and thus pay us more?
