I sometimes wish 'God' would make up 'His' mind

This was specifically brought to mind today because of talk about 'witches'. Now, allegedly, God's original Word was 'Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live'. (Exodus 22:18) Okay...kill 'em all then, right? But then Jesus...whom many insist was not God's Son but say He was God Himself in human form...said (paraphrased) 'Let him who is without Sin cast the first stone' (John 8:7) Yet none are without sin. (1 John 1:8) So witches now get to live. (It should be noted: I personally have nothing against 'witches'. I am only using them as an example of God changing His Mind about things) Have a great day.

Another example that children are often challenging what their father told.

There are a lot of contradictions in the bible, a book written by umpteen men... all with their own stories.

I think God can't make up his mind because he was created in man's image and not the other way around ..

@JolietJake I also heard that God is neither a man nor a woman .... So shows that IT can not make up IT's mind ..

Another good question for GOD is. Why GOD allowed evil spirits to roam this world? He has the power to terminate them all.

Sometimes It's hard to understand the mind of GOD. Because we are just humans. If we have the same mind like GOD. then that's the only time we really 100% understand him.

I just don't get the point of all these things we are supposed to kill people for, and then suddenly we aren't supposed to touch them

When my father got senile he said to me, 'Did you know there are witches in the body of Christ?' I replied, 'No, Dad I did't know this!' He continued on, 'Well, I happen to know for a fact, there ARE witches in the body of Christ!' I was silent for a minute. Dad inquired, 'Do you know how I found out, there are witches in the body of Christ?' I asked, ' How, Dad?' He bellowed, 'Because your mother is a witch and I'm tellin' ya the truth! I know that she's a witch!' I rest my case

It seems that the pre-Jesus God was less gentle and more vindictive. This is version number 2.
