Rainy Day

It sure is pouring rain here at the moment. We sure do need the rain. I did hear that there could be thunderstorms but so far we have not had any thunder just steady rain. I did hear that we and surrounding counties are under a flash flood watch.
I am watching the NASCAR race that is at the Bristol Motor Speedway. They have been having rain but luckily there is a window of no rain at the moment. The race is going on even though they had a short delay. I hope they can finish the race with no more rain delays.

It is getting warmer here , and in a month or so, it will be hot enough to turn on the AC.

I didn't realize it until my husband just told me, as the dry air pushes the rain out, the temps will fall into the upper 30s around 37 as a low. I hear the wind outside right now as it is clearing and the temps are dropping.

@LeaPea2417 Temp dropping here as well. We have turned heaters back on. Tuesday is when it is suppose to warm back up.

Sunday we had a blizzard here. Today, it's only cloudy. No chance of snow or rain and I really hope we don't get rain, it would turn this all to ice and that would be horrific! As it is, we have an inch of ice on the parking lot and sidewalks, so hazardous to walk out there right now.
