Does anyone here have regrets from the past?

I had a lot of mistakes made from the past. I had a lot of happiness and pain. I had a lot of moments I wish I can erase. Considering all the things that I learned now, I'm still grateful for the lessons and the experience because without them, I will never learn. If you will be given a time machine to change something from the past, would you do it? Why and why not?

There is no one perfect in this World....every one will want this opportunity or otherwise people would have become God as he is the only one with perfection! Thanks dear @roselavon25 !

Hi Rosalie! You're right. We all made mistakes in the past and as a matter of fact, we still tend to from time to time. However, I can positively say that I do not have any regrets. I know that all of my mistakes accounted for an important part of who am I right now and even though I know I can be better, I can say I am happy with how I turned out. I think it's just important to learn from our mistakes so we will know the right thing to do next time we are faced with similar situation.

Greetings, I don't tend to keep looking at the past like that. When we study Economy, we have the "cost of opportunity". This cost is equal everything you give up in order to do what you do. For example: to be here on myLot, what else could you do that you gave up? Surfing on blogs? So, the cost of opportunity to use myLot is to be surfing on blogs. Or to be jogging in the streets, or something like that. When we look at life like that, it gets clear that we can never do everything. And it gets clear that we, often, don't take the best decisions: we usually are able to look at one little piece of life, so it's alright. Considering that, I don't have any sort of regrets. Everything happens, and I take lessons from there. I wouldn't change anything. Leave it like that, making mistakes is a part of the life. Happily, I have nothing too messed up - I was always cautious about my attitudes. Regards!

Wow, good to hear that idea of yours. I just realized that sometimes, mistakes would take us to another opportunity and things happen for a reason. We all have to be grateful in all circumstances.

I do have regrets but I think it made me a much better person and those choices I made had brought me to the freedom I so long for. So I think I wouldnt regret that I made wrong decisions. I do not like to say I am happy, because it is a cliche. I say I am grateful because that pertains to me being thankful and happy.

Good thinking.. We become who we are now by the things we made from the past, either bad or good.

Yes I would and I thnk everyone has regrets and sometimes you don't even want to remember anything about the past because of what it holds as of why would I want to erase some of the regrets basically it's because I feel that I made a mistake and no one enjoys mistakes
