Dear friends, Nowadays online shopping is very common and it is an easy way to buy things sitting at the comfort of home. It is very frustrating to shop among the crowd and I don’t like that kind of shopping either. Same time online shopping is risky too. Sometimes the product would not reach in good shape, there we have to call the customer care for an exchange. If I like a product online then I will check the reviews before buying it. I think it helped me a lot to buy the right product. Today I was searching some dresses online, getting impressed on one product I checked the review, there was only two reviews for the product and one was positive and the second review explained the product was horrible. I really felt confused and could not reach a decision. Do you check the reviews of products before buying products online?

Yes, I always check the review products and the rate. Need to know if the customers were satisfied with the products.

Yes, but the different reviews make us confuse as well. I think that may be the problem with sellers.

@rheicel The sellers may be different on locality, so the product may be vary. People write their review according to their own experience.

@Sreekala Yes, it's confusing but you just need to find common reviews that make believable.

Is reviews helped you. For e.g., you got a nice review and on buying the product won't match it and vice versa.

@Sreekala Reviews highlight different features. If the feature I am looking for has 5 stars then perhaps I would depend on that. For example if someone finds the item expensive they will give just a star but that I will not bother if I want the item I am prepared to pay.

@allknowing I don't bother the star but I will read the reviews. I do not know that people just give star without buying the product. I won't do that.

Hmm that's true, lot of mixed reviews and sometimes only one or two. If i really like the product i take the risk and order it..

It is easy to decide on watching the photos. However, it is not sure whether we receive what we exactly watched on photos.

@prashu228 I think most of the sites are providing the facility of exchanging, returning, I am not sure.
