Wet and windy here this morning

The rain sure is coming down. Not looking forward to my walk from the car to work this morning. It may only be a ten minute walk but on a day like this it doesn't take long it get soaked. I will be doing my walk inside this morning before I head into work. I should be thankful that it is not snow or freezing rain like so many other places are having. We are suppose to have heavy rain all day. There will be lots of flooded roads around the city today.
Well I must get some breakfast and start getting ready for another work day. What's the weather like in your area today/night?

That's the weather we had yesterday and I was out without an umbrella and got really wet. I thought I wasn't going to need it but I was wrong.
We are having a milder version of what you are having.

My day is over now and it was gray, dark and rainy and then at 8 PM the sun came out and now as I am finishing up here just before 9 PM it is getting dark. Hope you have a great rest of the day and the rain stops and the rainbow appears.
