Summer is officially here in my country. We've been experiencing really scorching afternoons almost every day now. It's especially taxing for me every time I drive in the afternoon to fetch my kids from school. I'm just thankful that somehow my car's airconditioning works well.
During this time of year, I make it a point to rehydrate as often as possible. I now bring an additional jug of drink for myself and for my girls so they'll have something to cool them down with in the afternoon when I fetch them. I usually just bring iced water but today I thought to make lemon water. They loved it!

Any kind of citrus fruit will do. Have you tried orange or lime? :)

@Icydoll I like to add a few mint leaves too if they're available. So refreshing!

Hope so! Just make a few slices of lemon, and add in some ice cubes to your water.
