Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 41 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore at the moment. I think we are supposed to get up to the mid-50s which is okay for April. I'd like it to be a bit warmer myself. I went to bed early and slept pretty well last night, but I still hated to hear the alarm go off at 5 am. Today I have work and then a 5 pm gym session and a presentation there at 7:45. I'm going to have dinner up there somewhere in between the workout and the lecture. It is going to be a long day for me so I will most likely try to sneak in a nap between work and the gym. As I type this I am enjoying my breakfast of scrambled eggs with sauteed onions, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplant, and spinach. I know that @JolietJake would approve! What's everyone else up to today? What's for breakfast?
