Not Sure Where To Go With This

Yesterday, I got out of bed with a ton of energy and whipped through the house taking care of everything on my To Do List. I was having a great time until around 2 pm when I crashed. I suddenly didn't want to do anything and the feeling lasted right until I went to bed. I wonder what I can do to combat this? This morning I thought that I would try to slow down my day, but my mind is coming up with a zillion things that I want to tackle!!

It happens, you start the day full of energy, but you have to slow down and you have no forces.

It's difficult when our brain wants to work but our body refuses to cooperate.

You have to learn to balance your tasks with some short rests in between, that's the best way to handle it.

I wish I had the energy there that you do.

I guess you just used up all your energy early. Would having a quick nap help?

It is known as the spring blahs, Spring tends to make people tired. I am in the process of getting my house in order to sell it. Throwing stuff out and taking care of things and I am hot and cold. I start going at things and then suddenly I want to just sit back and relax.

I would feel that way sometimes as if I want to do all the things I need to do altogether. It just stressed me out all the more.
