There was a point where I devoured negative energy, but I like to stay away from it now. I like to be stress free when I can be.

@db20747 Yesterday was naturally stressful for me. Just because of the date. Almost dying on a certain day is likely to cause stress from the memory of it alone. :P

It depends on where I am. At home I play music and work with my plants. Now that the weather is getting nicer I am spending more time outside and loving it. Being around nature helps me a lot also.

@db20747 It sure is. I have been outside as much as I can lately. I have a very tiny apartment so I am super happy that the weather is nice and I can be outside.

I try to keep my stress levels under wraps. I do have a lot of stress and I slip into mania when it does happen. Thankfully I'm at a point where I can put my stress into my work and just keep working until I don't have anything to stress about.

I don't need a Stress Awareness Day to be aware of my stress ! I just try to stay productive to deal with the stress . . . the more I sit, the more I think about "things" . . . so it's better if I keep moving and get something done at least!

I deal with stress by napping, cuddling with my cat or reading a good book. Those are good ways to stay calm and take a deep breath. No stress tests for me.
