How will you describe this,is it buying what we only need even when we have more to spare or going for what our heart desire even though there are luxury. I feel like having some accessories that I fancy, not because I really need them but I just want to have them, will that be wise spending to satisfy my desires or will it be considered wise spending if I store the money for more valuable things. What's your take on this?

Always make an analysis of which things are important to you. Once you got it then spend the required amount in each of those necessities. Then have some savings, and if any amount left, you can spend on your desire satisfaction. One needs to have a plan to control his/her own lifestyle.

Every thing will depend upon your earning pattern ! If you are drawing a regular salary and after your expenses you are in a position to save every month, then it is not a problem to go for these things as a change! But if the things are other way round I would advise you to save for the rainy day! Thanks @Berrygal!
