Well today the mobile doctors sent a guy out to take blood labs. last night he called to give me a heads up about being by early this morning so I would be ready and not eat anything. on the phone he sounded big and tough burly looking and said his name was Mingo. So I am worrying over him looking kind of like the crazy guy in Chance and my name is Earl brother.Ethan Suplee Thinking how I dreaded that guy to stick a needle in and take blood. He arrives and looks more like Shemar Moore minus the new beard he sports these days. handsome , soft spoken, black, and kind, gentle dude. goes to show you can't judge by how someone sounds either. I didn't feel a thing . so he really was good at his job. Don't you just hate those people that dig around for your veins and you wonder how they got this job? I am starting to feel better already. maybe I finally have a decent medical team. Just waiting to find out what the catch is here. I do feel a bit like the Alice in wonderland photo here I got from pixabay free. kind of like "what's next" you know. ?

I hate it when lab technicians act like they are drilling for oil! It's very painful

@kobesbuddy i have actually had bruises all up my arm from some that would claim i had "rolling veins" what ever that means. had them last 3 weeks. once i had a bump under the spot the needle had went in for 2 months! why i panic now every time

@bunnybon7 I almost passed out once, when a 'new girl' was trying to start an IV needle. It was terrible!

After my experiences everyone needs some time to be good at this job. After a few years people get enough experience to find the vein and they do it almost painless.

I'm not familiar with any of the names you mention here, but I get the gist. I'm glad you are happy with your medical team.

I have two daughters who would have gladly allowed a Shemar Moore look alike to draw their blood.
