A strange story of a man who goes by the name of "Mike" who came from Seattle Washington to see a show in Chicago with five of his companions at a restaurant called BOKA. Mike who did not give out his last name was so impressed by the service from the waiter down to the seventeen cooks who cooked and served the meal to Mike and his friends that he tipped the waiter $300 for his meal that cost $769. Mike then went to the kitchen to give all of the cooks and kitchen staff a tip of $100 each. Jon Leopold who is the general manager at BOKA restaurant was impressed by the way that Mike appreciated the service of the waiter and the kitchen staff cooking the meal. This story should deflect the controversy of the infamous new story of Starbuck's error in judgement in Philadelphia a week ago. .

$769 is more money than I spend in a year for food in restaurants. That must have been some meal!

I heard that some famous young actors recently gave giant tip to some waitresses/waiters too. Guess it is time I should consider changing my job?

Working in a restaurant has some wonderful benefits of getting a huge tip from a celebrity or sports star.

@Deepizzaguy Guess it must be certain restaurants that have that sort of tips.

@YrNemo It has to be since the restaurant looks like a very expensive place to eat.

Mike must have been impressed with the service hence the above-average tip. Good for the restaurant crew. We all know, they could use bigger tips.

That really makes a person enjoy the work they do as waiters, waitresses, and cook staff.

That is true since they work very hard to make those meals in the kitchen.

I know what you mean. $100 for a tip is amazing.
